Waxwings in Shrewsbury

For all you birders - these birds were sat in a bush at the Battlefield Tip - we ground to a halt trailer in tow - camera out - only time for one shot before they baled out! - love the tufts on their heads - light was bad for capturing their gorgeous plumage

I love waxwings. They come through here every year but I understand that they are a rare occurrence there. This shot is great!
