Yes Julia, although perhaps in a pot so I can bring it inside for the winter, as my Fatsias always suffer a lot from the cold winds here.

Love it Karen. A really popular plant with tropical garden enthusiasts. i have never seen them in the GCs, where did you buy it?
Your right it will look great with your white flowering plants..

Cotswold Garden Flowers also sell it (although it's not on their website - I guess that means they only have a few)

Haven't seen one like this before Karen, I love those creamy white leaves. Will it stay this way in your shade garden, you won't want it to revert to green through lack of light???

It reminds me of a house plant I had at home in Bedford. I trained it to grow all over my louvre wardrobes (very 70s Lol). Mum had to cut it all down when I left, she said it was like something out of Jack and the Beanstalk :o))

Lol...you haven't changed then! I think Rachel will be a gardener too...she grows herbs on her windowsill at her top floor flat.

I love it we bought ours last year and it was still a baby but it is doing well in the conservatory waiting to go out in to the cold......our other variegated one is getting very large now......
