Mine is in the garden Ph and it's been raining most of this winter. Maybe it will go darker in the summer.

Where's the flowers? LOL! They've been all blooming since late January, here in San Diego. They're native to the Mediterranean...they should blooming. :>)

I did see the flowers today in another village, so they are blooming.
Mine is probably too young....last years cutting.
I also saw a gorgeous Iris growing on the side of the road....green with black tips.

Yes, maybe the cutting is still too young.
Did you post a photo of the Iris?
4 Mar, 2013
No, I couldn't take a picture of the Iris. Not a safe spot on the road.

I've experienced that many times. I really wanted to take a pic of this very, very tall and large flowering Poinsettia back in December but it was in someones's backyard along the interstate 8 freeway.

I had a feeling this Iris was native....I saw it growing in two different areas along the freeway. Did a search....turns out it is native----Snakes head/Widows Iris. I want one in my garden!

That's terrific! It must be beautiful!
Hopefully you can get a photo in the future.
