they are very pretty!

They are really pretty. I think I did plant these...the single ones popping up all over the garden are the suspects!

So saying, I was digging the paths for the veg patch only to turn round and see Sluggy copying me, digging a hole at the edge of the patch! Naughty Sluggy!

Lovely contrast against the green grass Lulu.

Lulu they will be seedlings,that Variety produce a lot of seed and they flower on very small bulbs,here they even grow and flower between gaps in the paving slabs,on one occasion i had to move some paving slabs and the crocus bulbs between them were almost flat but still flowering.

We have them growing in places we didn't put them as well ,I thought it might be the squirrels digging them up and then hiding them again for the winter ..

Bjs, these are quite far from the original planting....I think it's those garden fairies!

Maybe squirrels but the bulbs are poisenous, so they let them be?

But a lovely surprise seeing them sprouting in strange places.

Wasn't that from the last visit when Sticki kept falling over, she had a bag off bulbs with her ; )

Aha! So that's their story Homebird!

Like you we have these pretty crocus all over the garden where we did not plant them. I believe they do seed and that the seeds get scattered around maybe in compost or by the wind. I love them. Thanks for sharing yours.
