Clematis napaulensis

I'm not sure when I sowed the seed, sure it wasn't last year, anyway spotted a pot full of these clem.napaulensis seedlings, potted on & twenty three in all. :o)

That's the problem with selling climbing plants Brian, isn't it, and our plant sale is outside & can be a very windy site, another problem :o((

is it a spesific way someone must sow the seeds of a clematis? and when someone can sow.

Wow they look good Pam, just googled it stunning clematis, think thats my problem with some seeds patience.

I usually sell at my HPS annual sale in May Sandra, not sure if they will be big enough, but then if I wait till next year, as Brian said they will need canes.
Thank you Kathy, it is lovely, one problem though is being summer dormant it can look very untidy as usually I dont prune it down, only now & then. I keep trying to grow another summer flowering one up but it dosen't seem to like it. And yes I do like unusual :o))
