Primroses

i love those tipsy pots! that looks really pretty

The pots were empty and rather forlorn so I put the prims in a couple of weeks ago. They seem very happy! Tipsy pots are a great idea, and so easy - they were full of lobelia last summer.

I must have a go at doing those ~ they are so effective

The hardest part is opening up the holes so that the central support is right against the bottom edge of the pot. Mine aren't, which is why they are rather upright - but that has its advantages, giving a greater depth of soil.

Perhaps you would do a blog Mel and explain in depth how its done (for dopes like me)...:>)

I've never seen pots like that, it's very effective and the primroses are very pretty!

Interesting video....I think I'd still worry about it all toppling over though....

They dont explain how they put in the rod that holds the pots securely?
