Crinodendron for Louisa...... (Crinodendron hookerianum (Chilean Lantern Tree))

This was taken last year in May, not sure we will have the same display they are not keen on cold winds....

Louisa it was laden, have never seen so many lanterns, but we have taken some very old shrubs out, which, gave it protection from the cold winds, so I am not holding my breath!! thanks for your kind comments....

What a lovely tree Dd. Wouldn't mind owning one of these. I need a bit height in my border... will google it and see if it fits my requirements.. T
Your Choisya looks very healthy, I have a small one, and some of the leaves are not looking very good...very pale green

I'd heard of these Dd, but didn't realise it was so pretty, nestlings there amongst your plants and shrubs...it's quietly gorgeous!!

Gralew that healthy Choisya you cannot see it in the photo,is no longer, it suffered very badly this last winter, so it is out....but what you are looking at is a large Skimmia lol which was moved about 3 months ago and survived the move, all will be revealed in my blog, it is taking rather a long time.......BTW our Choisya Sundance is looking very pale, they do not like wind!!
Janey it is a lovely shrub/tree we always get loads of comments about it, when we open the garden...
