This is an upright Vinca with large flowers....can be clipped to shape.

What a pretty vinca! Clearly they respond well to being clipped! Not your usual straggly specimen! I find the don 't flower very well after the first year here. So I'm going to follow your example and see if that helps. When do you do the chopping A?
