I'm pretty sure it's not Wild Garlic, but will be interested in finding out what it is :)

It seems to be one of several alliums commonly known as wild garlic - I'd got confused by seeing the other one with the much broader leaves, but this one is "Allium triquetrum" or "three-cornered leek".
