Dahlia still going strong.....

Lovely flower Dotty. I have 2 in pots and they have done extremely well this year. We've had some cold and very wet weather here and my dahlias have been looking a bit sad so I have cut the back a bit and placed them into the greenhouse to dry off.

We had a few cold windy days, but it has been much milder here today!!

The Dalias are lasting well this year they make a lovely splash of colour ...

'Love the velvety-red texture and colour. Very rich indeed. It makes me think 'Royal' as in a flower fit for a King, Queen, Prince or Princess. Thanks for the post.

It MUST be one of the best colours - gorgeous!
