I bought nearly the same but bigger one called "Shirazz" 3 years ago also from Morrison's and it died exactly a year later! What a shame!! Hope yours will do well for you.

That's a shame, seedling ones are definitely more difficult than grafted ones, probably because the roots are already well established when the graft is carried out. If I lift a seedling one from the garden only a small percentage survive the first winter.
