Thats a lovely coloured Helenium Aileen. Is it a perrenial or annual, and whats it variety or name?Looking for some thing just this colour, for my border this year.

Thanks Gralew, it's a perennial, but unfortunately I can't help you with the name. I bought this Helenium when it was a small plant without flowers - mistake! It's supposed to be 'Helens Red', but it looks nothing like the label which shows a red & yellow flower! I've looked it up and the only one I can find is Helena Red Shades, which doesn't match this plant or the label. Soooooo annoying :))

Its so pretty love the colour and shape. Could be a flyer insect do you think.

3d it's a bit like a moth with its wings together.

Yes it looks soft but thin like paper thats how I always describe moth s lol.

I'll maybe find out one of these days what it is :))

It would be interesting to know nothing more annoying especially if you ever want another or replace it. You could ask on questions on goy
