Fremontodendron California Beauty...

Its looking very healthy. I had the Carlifornian one in my first garden after seeing it first in Mum's garden. It grew really well....too well infact and it was so horrible to prune with all those sharp hairs on it...it had to go. But they are stunning in flower! :))

Lucky you do you have a nice big wall for it to climb across.
Wonder if the one at Chappels is still there that's where I fell for it ,I tried it but garden not warm enough it did not die but struggled.
