First Bluebells

Crikey they're well on!!!! don't think mine even have buds showing yet, nice to keep plants from your Mums garden I have lots from my Dads :-)

Very early! Did you see that programme about Britain with AT? He said that bluebells are now flowering a month earlier than they did 50 years ago. I can well believe it. I still think of them as May flowers, but they flower in April now! Yours are very early indeed Holly!

Gee put a photo on today of some she found in a wood near her ,they are early we didn't use to see them very much before May ...

Lovely are nt they Hollyeves mine are just coming up no flowers yet though.

No didnt see that programme karen. I think it just depends on the weather that year, if things flower early or not, ours brought on by the lovely 2 weeks of sunny weather we had. Back to normal weather now....
