This tree was in bloom in South Carolina and North Carolina and just had to capture it on camera on our trip

We saw them like this when we were in Rome in March a few years ago. They are a sight when in flower....and in leaf also. Beautiful trees!

I remember seeing them all through the mountains in Kentucky and Tennessee one year and it was beautiful. They bloom the same time as flowering dogwood and all the other trees were bare except for the white flowers of the dogwoods and the pink redbud flowers.

There is a big old tree at the bottom of our road! It's absolutely stunning when in flower & the new leaves are a wonderful shiny green!
When I lived in Cuenca, in Spain, every year at Easter there were lots of these trees in bloom. Even the local town council planted them in parks & gardens all over the city!
This photo is really lovely! It reminds me to go down & see the one at the bottom of the street.
