Honeysuckle Arch

I think this was mid June last year (2013) ... the fragrance, on damp evenings was stunning.

Thank you Scottish. ..... We are pleased with this, as well as being a nice feature, it helps hide some of the brickwork from our neighbours garage.

Dottyd2, Thanks again for taking a look around our garden and glad you liked it. Sorry it took a while for you to find the 'honeysuckle arch'. It's is just starting to smell wonderful,at this time of year, when it starts to go cool in the evenings.

I am a great honeysuckle fan, we grow Mint Crisp which is now out and will be for months to come...

Hi Angela, the fragrance from the Honeysuckle in the evenings is stunning. Unfortunately when we planted it 18 years ago we didn't make a note of the name. Does 'Mint Crisp' have a similar flower to ours? Do you have a photo in your portfolio? There is an enlarged photo of the flower head in photo 12, in our portfolio.

PS I think ours could probably do with a trim now, to tidy it up a little.
