Hi Lori, feeding her KMR (stands for kitten milk replacement)

She is very sweet....does she retract her claws? Her paws look almost handlike. She doesn't have a ringed tail, I hope! ;-) jk.

I think she does retract them, but most of the time she likes them out to climb things (like me) it seems!

I wonder what she thinks...her regular size Mom has been replaced by a climbable Mom!? I was wondering if she was a hybrid?

I wonder if her mother was 'friendly' with the Maine Coon that I saw passing through our garden a couple of weeks ago for the first time?

It will be interesting to see how she progresses. Amazing how a tiny thing in need brings out the mother in us?

So true Lori! Though I'm such a sucker for anything tiny and helpless, birds, animals, plants.....

ah yes.... speaking of things in need...I found (and bought) an hydrangea, at the grocery store...it looked wilted and needy. Yesterday I was thinking of planting it outdoors,...(What?)

Soon, Lori! I bought a sad hydrangea last year and it is in a pot near my backdoor showing some buds!

My favourite part of spring is counting the buds! Hope you have lots of flowers, Gillian. I'm trying to upload?download? a pic of it to post....not having much luck.

Still waiting for flowers Lori, only thing blooming so far are a few iris reticulata and one lonely crocus.

Well, I guess it's just time because I was out raking today and found that the three clumps of crocus that I planted last year are up and one is blooming! YaaaaY! I hope it's really spring...don't think I could bear another cold bite.

I'm sure it must be time for flowers for you Lori, we must surely be done with the cold now!
