I give Summer 4 @1 time&she carries them off into garden if its nice outside or goes to her bed in the room the mess shes leaves is unbeleaveable Irish :)

sorry newtogardening i had to count there lol, shes about 10 or 11 now, got her from the pound so we dont know how old she was when we got her

Sweet baby... I was never able to have children, so my animals simply ARE....Now, if we could just figure out how to keep them around for many, many more years :)

Morning Irish! Now we only have the one cat Sadie Lou who, of-course, is a real keeper. Sometimes I just can't get over how much they add to our lives..the comfort, the companionship, the humor...the never ending and unconditional love...even sadness..but so worth it all. However, we've had many over the years..cats and dogs.

same here we are now down to 2 dogs, 1 bird, 1 rabbit and about 30 fish lol.
used to have hamsters and other birds.
i seen one of the most cruelest things the other morn, had dropped my sister to the airport at 5am and had just come onto the motorway. there on the verge was a wee rottie pup, someone must have dumped him outa a car.
i rang the police and they said they would be around straight away to pick it up. the poor thing looked terrified. some people are so cruel.

Your household does sound a little more active than ours, Irish! I agree with you about the cruelty so many animals have to endure. Breaks the heart. Whenever I hear of a sad animal situation I tell my girl, Sadie Lou, what a lucky cat she is! :) However, she did come from an abusive situation and it took a long time for her to really trust my husband...we have to assume a man was her problem..
