Pruned the clematis the Sissinghurst method, and it worked.....(more by luck!!)

OK ladies. you need to read Sarah Ravens article (she lives there) basically you put the Clematis\Rose under pressure bend the branches down so the plant panics and so produces more blooms,it certainly worked with our Clem......if you get the chance read all about it online, would not appeal to everyone, we are going to try one of our roses next year.
