Odd thing about these are, I'd ordered lilies called 'lovely girl', they are similar to these, but they also have red spots. So I was actually very disappointed the first time they bloomed, but over the years I've grown to like them,. I've still not been brave enough to mail order the ones I really wanted ...lol. Maybe I'll give it a shot again, one of these days !

They look so perfect... designer perfect... snowy white, lemony yellow, anthers frosted with red pollen...just gorgeous.

Thanks everyone ! Too bad they only look that way for about 4 days before they start to deteriorate...lol. I guess that's one of the reasons they are considered to be special to whoever is growing them , they bring intense beauty and fragrance to the garden, but only for a short while. Because we know, with a blink of the eye..., they will be gone !
