Brrrrr -7 here this morning.

And I thought it was cold here! Is that snow or a really hard finger-nipping frost?

We had lots of snow Boxing Day evening, this is the frozen remnants.

It's cold isn't it :( We haven't had snow here though.

Hi Hywel :-) I know, the snow is a nuisance, it really came down on Boxing Day evening but hanging around now due to the frosts. Milder weather forecast for the end of the week. Glad you are snow free.

Gorgeous....sorry its so cold. Not that bad here just now...just below freezing.

ahhh..."deep and crisp and even"... I could really get to like your winters! We've had some bizarre weather over Christmas and NY. Unlike last winter, we have very little snow on the ground and the temps have only been dipping into the minus 20's... usually the daytime highs are at that level for at least two weeks. (is there such a thing as a normal winter these days?)
