yes but it does get sunshine after noon time and it is always warm up there in the afternoon, think it will be ok, we did do a rekey before we made the decision on where to place it. Time will tell.

What size is it? Will you have heating for the winter installed?
I share Gerry's on his allotments. Obviously it's unheated & during the winter it's empty but come late winter/early spring & I start to sow seeds in seedtrays & during the summer tomatoes or cucumbers or sweet peppers are grown in the border.
I also use it like a cold frame to prepare plants for the great outdoors!

Hi Balcony its 8m x 6m and unheated as there is no electric at the top of the garden. I might be able to get a little gas heater but have no idea how much it will cost or how big it will be. Will have to google it and see how and where and what sorts there are.

If you do get a gas heater you will have to remember to increase the ventilation if you want to avoid fungal problems. Gas heaters produce a lot of water vapour as they burn.

thanks Balcony for the advice, :O)

You're welcome! :-)) I hope you enjoy growing your plants in there as much (or more!) than you do in your garden! :-))

You'd be surprised how useful a cold greenhouse can be, Barbara. Great for overwintering, and very warm in summer.

just my thoughts too Melchi. It doesn't get too hot as it is in shade until noon so nothing should get overheated in there. :O)

Aha! Have been waiting to see this. Looks great there. A bit of shade too, which could be a good thing.
