Grown from seed last year,bit of a spreader but so far I love it, looks like if it gets to much it should be easy to control, seems to be a favourite with the bees too :-)

It is a perennial yes Karen,the foliage is slightly sticky and reminds me of the weed sticky willy ( can't think of proper name offhandl), very low growing.

Siris

Oh yes Simbad, it sets seed, but they and the mother plant are very easily controlled. It just gets bigger each year. Trim it back hard, no problem.
Ps, mine has been flowering for about 3 weeks now, and last year I took the photo in September! A most useful plant.
