Courgettes mixed .. Yellow Goldrush ,Green Bambino

They will look colourful on the plate and taste good too.

I like to fry them with onions ,peppers herbs etc. they make a tasty topping for a Pizza and a winter veg frozen as well Waddy ...

I'm not a courgette lover but those look really tempting, especially with all the other ingredients. Perhaps I should try again :)

They are excellent raw Gee...in a salad. I'm not a fan of them cooked either...don't like mushy food. But I do like them quickly stir-fried with some mushrooms :)

Amy, I am jealous, mine have been an unmitigated disaster. I've thrown them out. First I had to take them out of the greenhouse because they needed pollinators. Then the cold weather got them. Absolute waste of time. Still, you never can tell what the weather will do can you. Back to the supermarked for me I'm afraid. :(

You do need other veg. with them to give them flavor Gee, Karen I like fresh ginger sliced with them in a stir fry we never grow them in the greenhouse they go straight out into the garden to take their chances with whatever is thrown at them ! Thanks Angela ...

Thats how I cook them, not tried the ginger though just lots of fresh herbs garlic and salad onions....

Try adding the ginger Angela ,that is if you like it ,not the powder but the fresh root ,I think you would like it :o)
