I assume it was planted when this house was built which was late 60's. That means about 45 years. I am not very good judge of the heights but would estimate 30 ft? I will make photo and post.

That sounds about right for the size. It can take a long time to become a big tree. Many around San Diego are 20 - 25 feet tall. They grow slowly in the dry conditions here. I'm surprised my tree grew so fast in a pot; however, it gets water almost every day.

Love your tree photos. I didn't know that the Ficus trees grew so tall. We mostly just see them growing in pots & if you move the pots around in the house they drop their leaves & die. Amazing that such big trees can be dug up & moved.

Thank you for your comment Feverfew.

Feverfew:
Some Ficus species can grow to almost 200' (61m) tall and can cover quite a bit of acreage like Ficus benghalensis.

Thankyou for your comment Delonix. I have learnt a lot about foreign trees & plants from G o Y.

You're welcome. I know quite a bit about Ficus species because I have several growing in my front and back yards. I'm constantly cutting them back because they grow so quickly in hot weather. There's many gigantic Ficus species here in San Diego.
