I dont often get a chance to take a photo with not a single car in front. I have renters to the left,middle (out of view) and I also live 2 blocks from bay area rapid transit. Some people will walk rather then pay for parking.
I need to trim the Magnolia. The Ash to the left also can be trimmed higher. I planted that in 1979. It was a stick.
I have to be careful..there is no fence to protect small plants.But,if I did have a fence I wouldn't be able to see small plants. So why bother?
