My answer to Lake Chapala. Well,it was a sunny 70f day here. The wife and I walked a few miles to see this public garden of rare Tropical fruiting trees and ornamental's. The fruit tree photos will be best in summer. I did take pics of a few things.

It almost looks like Lake Chapala (on the small scale)Stan, And with 70f you are not too far from the temperatures here either.

That was our one sunny day for another week. El Nino isn't heavy rains- just this constant wet grey weather.
That spot is a good microclimate. My car said 69f there...when we left it quickly dropped to 64f in the City. The sun was glorious.

I see it's getting green up there. It's starting to get green here, also. This is with last weeks rains.
I miss the view of Mission Peak in the background. When I lived in Fremont I loved that view.
