Neighbours palms and primavera starting to bloom.
When these trees bloom they can be seen from miles away. They bloom before their leaves emerge.

Next door neighbour grows these :-) I do not see any coconuts on them though.
I see lots of papayas in the neighbourhood and pomegranates.

Thanks Delonix1 . Beautiful to have them around but they are blocking the sun in the morning. Together with huge Delonix Regia. LOL. Only for short period of time though.

Those coconuts look greener and lusher then those at Cabo.
You're REALLY going to get me jealous Klahanie if you post Jade plants bigger then Haywards!

Trees do block the sun. I have the same problems with some very large Ficus species. They're going to be chopped!
The coconut are flawless...so beautiful! I wish they could grow like that here in San Diego. They're some and they usually look pretty bad in winter...even in our most mildest, warmest winters. I heard from a reputable, long-time Palm Society (who was the President of the Southern California Chapter) member there used to be a 20' tall coconut palm in Point Loma...it had about 15' of trunk...then someone wanted to buy it and moved it. You can only guess what happened to it, it died!
