Do you still have all your welsh poppies Carole ? Always remember seeing a picture of them :-), they're looking pretty good now I sprinkled seed in the wood and there are red orange and yellow flowering , really brightening it up in there :-)

It's a perennial Sbg a brilliant plant, one I wouldn't be without, first time it flowers its often single but after that double , only around a couple of foot tall.
They certainly are Carole although I have some seeded near a pink bergenia , not a good look ;-)

Stunning! I have similar Papaver pilosum, seeds around but easy to pull if not required. One grandaughter told me yesterday that she likes the"orange flower" better than anything else.

I was going to say 20 years !! But thinking about it I grew these from seed over 14 years ago, I wouldn't be without this either.
