Common meadowsweet, no bells or whistles!

Probably 3 ft to top of flower spike. We have had some torrential rain storms over the last month, usually by now my soil is dry as a bone, all plants have gone mad with delight this year.

Brilliant! It's always damp here but the extra rain we've had has done the p!ants good, the gunnera are HUGE!

Me? Because of their height, back of the border, and they are airy plants, not dense.
