Gaura a bushy perennial, for flowering mid summer onwards. Not maybe long lived, but very easy from cuttings. Seems stronger than the White, which I also have.

This is it then, the original, and there is a cutting in the front too. The White was a present for a friend, but I took cuttings before presenting, so much smaller still. They have probably killed theirs!

Mines looking great Siris thanks:-), I agree its much stronger growing than the white which I grew a few years ago, much prefer this one.

Should have put a photo in my file, only got the potted version there, needs an update. Still if I remember, last year it flowered and flowered and the growing tips remained red well into Autumn, but I will cut it back then.
