Mirabilis jalapa 'Limelight'

These have been in the ground for a very long time, so the root must be huge by now.

I have them..wanted or not Wylie. Where they take all the heat and no water I leave them. Other places,I might let grow...but I have to cut them to the ground in cycles or they get weedy looking. After cutting...they come back fresh and green and full of bloom.

My regular ones are a pest, but this one hasn't spread, and it stays compact all summer.
