What a pretty colour...it's lovely Shirley!

Thanks ladies ... I much prefer this Lace-cap to the 'Mophead' variety. Really pleased to say that a cutting of this is thriving in the front garden.

Yes, I prefer them too Shirley. And yet all of mine are mop heads.

I came across H. White Wave at an Open Garden event recently . . . now on my wish list!

Thanks Balcony, it's quite a large shrub now and is full of blooms. They got a soaking from the heavy rain last night, with more expected today. :o(

I hope the rain didn't damage them! It would be a shame if it had.?

No damage done, the only thing that can make them droop is drought! Not much hope of that right now. Today has been a sunny day, but rain forecast for tomorrow ... :o(

We also had sun & clouds today. During the afternoon my wife & I went for a walk alongside the river. The afternoon sun was quite warm & there was very little wind.

We are also forecast rain for tomorrow, about midday.

Never get two days the same ... drizzly rain here now (08.45).

A little rain here a couple of times during the day as well but nothing to raise eyebrows at!

Snap our pink have done well this year, they looked very iffy a couple of months ago, not enough rain, too much heat, but they are happy now its pouring down....

Can't say that I'm happy with all this rain ... :o((

Neither am I....it is all or nothing isn't it?

As M said to me earlier ... it's like being on holiday in the UK isn't it? :o((
