A strange morning the colour of the Sun changes every few seconds as cloud and dust blow in front of it we have the lights on in the house and the cars are now covered in fine sand /dust.

A strange sight...I wonder what our ancestors would have made of it?

How did you manage to get such a good photo of the red sun? With my mobile phone's camera, I only managed to get a pale white dot in the sky!
I tried to "tweak" it with Picasa 3, the programme I use to put the titles on my photos, but it didn't make enough difference so I deleted the 2 photos I had taken as not worth keeping!

Balcony
I used zoom on my Panasonic camera and cropped it in photo shop.I find photos taken are not that good at long distance on my phone, don't think the tiny lens is up to it. That is an apple phone and afraid it tries to be a few things it is not.

The cameraphone is now the only camera I have. I wasn't expecting anything marvellous from it but I thought if I try to enhance it using Picasa 3 then I might get something worth saving but, unfortunately, it made practically no difference over the original so I deleted them.
