To see this area developed mainly for winter colour and scents is really inspiring. A lovely place to visit in January.

Isn't it lovely! I like how the snowdrops contrast with the cornus, I'll move some of mine to my cornus.
And idea what the shrub is in the foreground, left with mauve flowers? :-)

The shrub on the left is a daphne, there are a number of them dotted about giving out their lovely scent.

It is one of our favourite times of year to visit Rosemoor because of the winter garden.

Thanks Wildrose, looks a nice variety, my variegated one is still in bud. I've ordered D Mezereum for their early scent, this one is so nice.
I can see why you like your Winter visit, it looks so lovely.
