A lovely place to visit at this time of year. All our favourites are used .....hellebores, snowdrops, heathers, dogwoods, grasses, scented shrubs, trees with beautiful bark and hundreds of narcissi bulbs peeping through.

We really must visit this garden, we are hoping to visit the Malvern Show this year, all being well!

We were there several years ago, Karen, and even my OH loved it, so he is happy to go again :)

We shall certainly consider Malvern after reading these comments! It would make a nice night away too.

This looks like winter heaven to me Wildrose, and lots to look forward to as the weeks pass. I'd love to visit Malvern too, there was a piece about the show on telly last week I think, to do with farming families and the ladies exhibiting blooms in the marquees. If only I was nearer!!

The dates for the Malvern Show this year are May10th until May 13th.
I am very tempted to go!

I'm tempted too, I've just done a route planner and it's 68 miles from here :-)

Lucky you, we are 175 miles away so an overnight stay would have to be included!! I am not giving up on the idea just yet.

Sounds like a plan :-)

A word about staying overnight ladies, you will not be able to find accommodation in Malvern itself, they take bookings a year in advance!! you will need to look further out, we are lucky having a daughter living in Malvern! well worth the effort though!

Maybe you daughter should open up as a B&B during that period Dotty :0

I love RHS Rosemoor and thank you for showing the garden in Winter. We visited the Malvern Spring show in 2015 and stayed in a pine lodge near Ledbury. I posted a blog about the show and would love to go again.

I'll visit your blog Shirley thanks

It is a lovely idea as long as we can get there and find somewhere to stay. I wouldn't drive but might be able to get there by train.

Thanks for that useful hint, Angela - I'd better start looking for somewhere to stay. We had no trouble at all five years ago, and found a gorgeous B&B about half a mile from the show (closed now though).

My brother is going to the show and he could not find anywhere, so he is booked into a hotel in Pershore!
Ledbury is a lovely area, so quaint, we really like it.....
Good luck Sheila, the show is very popular, but it's not just the visiting public it is the stall holders, they come from miles around.

Thanks Dotty. We have friends in Colwall and Hereford, so I think we’ll be OK!

Sounds lovely. Will you go to the RHS Spring show at Malvern this year? We're hoping to . . . so much less crowded than Chelsea!
