Not at all Sheila it's a total nightmare , a large section to one side was full of old overgrown shrubs which we're in the process of digging out it's also very sandy , the back garden is full of Horsetail which we're try to eradicate before planting up , Grrrr we'll get there one day its going to take a long time ...

Such a lovely design and shape to your garden. It is so easy on the eye and I really like all the ideas you have had along the way.

Are you enjoying having a smaller garden to care for Sheila? As you know, I loved your old garden. But this one already has so much style. Its very different in size and landscaping, but its still very ‘you’.

I’m very much enjoying being able to garden on a smaller scale, and have less need of my gardener.

OH and I have just been planting a large shrub rose (Pure Gold) from Steve for our special anniversary . . . very satisfying:)
