There were a lot fewer apples on the 2 crab apple trees in my garden this year (in fact there were only 2 on the new weeping tree) It's most likely due to the long hot dry spell we had this summer. The depleted crop from the old tree only gave me enough fruit to make these 2 small jars and part filled the third.

What a coincidence...I think there are two on my new weeping Crab as well! lol...hope we get more next year :) Your jelly looks wonderful, like cranberry glass! Sadly I am having to accept that sugary foods and my stomach are not great together. C'est La Vie.
