I like these short ones. Don't know the variety of mine, label long gone, but they come up every year. I believe it's V. rigida.

Lovely DD and the bees and butterflies like them. They are little lights of colour everywhere. We used to grow them in the garden down the road where we had more space, than we have up here. I like Monty Don too, and his two doggie friends.
