Preserves and marmalade

I am trying to get as much preserving done as I can. So far I have managed to do pickled onions, beetroot chutney, apple and mint jelly, apple and blackberry jelly and have more blackberries steeping in vinegar ready to make blackberry vinegar. The children love the Marmade marmalade that I make so have bought a few more jars to make another batch. I have yet to make the Chinese pickle and chutneys. I shall be glad when the smell of spiced vinegar is no more in my kitchen.. :o)

They look beautiful and very tempting! I like the Mamade marmalade too, it is nice and tangy.
