Inside the Red Maple Tree

Its beautiful .......

Most of the leaves have fallen here now, revealing the bone structures of the different trees, but Autumn is a special display of colour for the eye to see. Lovely.

Absolutely Linda. Pictures barely do it justice. That's what I love about this tree in particular - Acer Rubrum. Wonderful silvery green foliage in Spring & Summer followed by flaming oranges, reds & yellows. Even in winter the new twigs remain red.

Thanks Paul and a very happy Christmas to you and your family. I have put some of my Christmas children's poetry books in the shops for the children to take home and enjoy reading and colouring in. The first poem is about Santa and the reindeer and the last about the nativity. I hope they will enjoy them. I give them away free as I love writing.
