RIVER GARDENS TODAY.

Definite feel of Spring there Linda. We have had bright sunshine since my return. There was a white ground frost this morning and its been cold, but not windy. A real treat after the dreadful February. The sun is bringing everything on now. Long may it continue!

A very tranquil scene.

YES IT'S CERTAINLY NICE TO SEE THE SUNSHINE KAREN.....IF YOU GET OUT OF THE ICY WIND THE SUN HAS SOME POWER TO IT AND IT FEELS QUITE WARM. IT'S LOVELY TO SEE COLOUR AGAIN IN THE GARDENS AROUND. THE BIRDS ARE NESTING EARLY TOO.
THANKS WILDROSE. THIS RIVER HAS MANY MOODS, BUT THESE GARDENS ARE NICE TO WALK AROUND, AND WE ALWAYS TAKE SOME WHEAT FOR THE BIRDS.

Looks a lovely place to stroll through what a great scene those houses have to look upon daily.

HALF OF THEIR GARDENS GO DOWN TO THE RIVER THRUPENNYBIT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD.
