St Peter’s church. Barton-upon-Humber.

I couldn’t resist taking a quick snap of this very pretty church with lovely pond next to it..while I was in the little town. I’ve been out and about, only permitted to do certain essential jobs whilst undertaking safety measures.
It’s a lovely church with another church virtually opposite.
Very pretty narrow streets, lovely stone buildings and so many pretty front door colours.
Lovely week weather wise, sunshine has been most welcome.

Thanks everyone, it has been a really nice week weather wise at least...
Julia /Amy, it’s a nice little town, lots of narrow streets with lovely brick houses and pretty painted doors too.
Thanks Dd, it was lucky to have a good day with sunshine.
Karen, it’s right on the Humber river/estuary most just call it Barton. A new Lidl and a few other little businesses like costa were built on top field last year, despite everyone petitioning. They have a not so big Tesco right down at the bottom of the town next to the river, plus other shops.
Thanks Paul! Very lovely comment.
Thanks Chris, I have a couple of others I may put on later, :-D

Thanks Thrup, yes it was nice to stop on my route out of Barton on the way to Scunthorpe to take a pic while there was not a soul around!

At least it's good for the soul to sit and stare upon such a lovely scene and being the only one no one to get in the way.😊
