Yes they do look like 'tassels' now you mention it Meadowland. They are the remains of the flowers ... :)
The difference between this and a mad hairdo Anget is that after the lockdown a mad hairdo can be tidied up :D

I, like lots of others looking forward to my trip to the h'dressers. I began to grow out a fringe before christmas, now I look like the shaggy dog!
