Iris ensata Queens Tiara (For my File)

I am growing an ensata in the garden, will it flower.

I don't think the flower form is that attractive, the petals lie flat like a plate. Its colour does stand out though, amongst a sea of riotous colours. I've alway resisted growing Ensata in the garden as they do require a lot of water and my borders get so dry in summer.

Stunning mix of colours in this.
