Amazing how agile these plants can be!

Ha, ha you two! We popped in for a loaf of bread and saw some plants on a stand, they looked so neglected that I said there should be at least one member of staff designated to watering them daily. Just as I was feeling cross about it, I saw this Fuchsia looking 'saveable'!

Getting very clever these plants aren't they 😀

Looks healthy enough now, must of known you were an easy touch.

That's happened to me quite a few times! The leaves are similar to my 'Tom West' but without flowers it's hard to know.

I'm going to plant it in a pot, not in the ground, to start with and see how it fares. Having lost lots of Fuchsias a couple of years ago to Fuchsia Gall Mite, I'm wary of growing them but couldn't resist this one.

The supermarkets have been great during the covid haven’t they? Lots of plants on display for sale. Shame though some are a bit neglected, saying that this one looks pretty good, Shirley. Fingers crossed for you!

Kate, it's now in a terracotta pot. I spotted a couple of Penstemons coming into flower yesterday and remembered they were bought from Mo.....ns supermarket two years ago for £1.30 each ... such value!

Bet it looks lovely! Ooh, that’s a fantastic value buy at M’s!! It’s amazing and lucky too what you can pick up!

Kate, one of my best flowering climbing Roses is from a local hardware shop, cheap as chips but stunning!
