Parsnips..

They look terrific ... much fresher than the ones in the shops ... yum!

One of my favourite vegetables.
Is it true that they taste even better once they have been frosted?

They look great. Roasted parsnips....yummie!

They do look nice and clean. Haven't harvested any of mine off the allotment yet. I've been working at removing any stones as they cause the carrots and parsnips to split into several 'legs'.

They look good ,we put seed in but they didn't grow not sure why we do have a squirrel problem , I like parsnip and curry soup ..

They look good. I love roast parsnips, not so keen on parsnip soup though, but I think with curry powder added it would make a lot of difference, I'm going to try it.

The soup with leeks and ginger sounds really tasty H.B. As for roasted parsnips, totally yummy!!
