Sweet Cucumber pickle.

I had a real glut of cucumbers last week and googled what to do with them. There’s only so many one can eat in a day...I draw the line at cucumber smoothly for breakfast. I found a recipe for sweet cucumber pickle and luckily I had all the ingredients in the cupboard. I made it this morning and it’s not bad at all. I think it will go well with cold meats or cheeses.

Gosh that went quick HB. I used to make chutney years ago, and there's nothing tastier or better to have as an accompaniment to a meal.
