This is lovely, but I feel for all of hospitality at the moment, with these dreadful "stop, go" directives. They must feel very dispirited.

I hope they have a good take-up after all that effort, Meadow. We're off to Cirencester for a meal in 10 days at our favourite eaterie to celebrate OH's birthday, even though we are 'of a certain age'! This year has been a real dirge and you have to burst out sometimes...

Um, yes, they have a french theme. Sorry.
Maybe in the summer, God and Boris willing, we'll head west again!

It’s looking very nicely organised for you to have a lovely meal, Julia. I can imagine it’s quite pretty on an evening with the twinkling lights and ambiance.

As you say, very hard for the eatery businesses. We haven’t eaten out since last Christmas ... but did get a takeaway fish’n’chips last week!

Our local independent Italian restaurant have been doing a reduced menu of pizza/pasta home delivery service . . . bellissimo!

Julia, it's a case of having to think outside the box really! No pun intended re. Pizza box!!

A lovely place to go to by the look of it........would certainly suit us.......we had a meal with our family during the summer outside of course......and it was very well managed....
