It’s been quite warm here. It’s pretty cool at night, though.
It’ll be in the low 80’s early next week.

Beautiful Plumeria flower, Delonix!
Nice to see you're toasty warm there! Here in the UK it's freezing - quite literally so! In fact where I live we haven't seen the sun all day & we have freezing fog! It hasn't lifted all day & it's now 3 in the afternoon & we have only an hour's worth of light left. Our maximum temp today has been 4C (40F?)! Tonight we expect the temps to fall below 0C (32F)

The UK even had a bit of snow. I'm not sure if the UK is having cooler than average temps. El Nina throws everything off.
Very dry in the southwest USA...lots of rains in the Northwest. Nothing seems to change that. El Nina,El Nino..the pacific northwest is immune for some reason.

We have had a few miserable days, rain all day on Friday, cloudy & cold all day Saturday, similar day on Sunday & now, Monday, we have had fog practically all day long with very low temps - only about 6C max but most of the day the temps have hovered around freezing 0C/32F! We are forecast a very similar day on Tuesday! Very strange weather for the time of the year!

Balcony, thank you. It’s definitely been very warm and extremely dry here. No rain so far this season. We so desperately need the rain.
Stan, definitely La Niña is causing the dry and warmer weather this season.
It’s 83 degree outside as I write this comment.

It was a record 76f yesterday and a record 71f today. Like summer since it warmed up early and my side yard..almost felt hot with the asphalt. 76f and 71f 1/4 of the way through December.
Things are so different from the 60's and 70's. Some plants are still growing.

December so far is averaging a bit over 66f. That would be 8f above historical average.
I wonder how much energy it takes to warm the bay area up 8f over average and up to 76f?..stats like 10 billion watts..of millions of hair dryers running all at once? lol.

Yesterday some cities around the county had record highs in the mid-80’s. Today it’s in the mid-70’s closer to normal.
Yes, it would take a tremendous amount of energy from the sun to bring the average up there. Lol
Have you seen my new croton pics?

Its still summer down south. None of my Plumeria are in bloom now. Done for the year and its wait till next summer.
But,we are sunny mid 60's and a high of 70f for Monday next week. As warm as it gets here in December.
